Tracks along county road
It’s unfortunate that pictures taken of paw prints along a country road northeast of Quinter didn’t come out any better because they’re definitely there. One can follow the prints for about a quarter of a mile. They are at least seven inches in length and pretty deep. It could possibly be a mountain lion. No one has reported seeing anything that could make the tracks. The prints were heading north which means the animal could possibly be around the old Sheridan Lake area. They were discovered around July 14.
